🔺購票流程 

1. 加入會員

2. 選擇日期場次

3. 網頁下單後請於24小時內匯款，否則訂單將被自動取消。
4.完成匯款後，您將於兩日內收到一封來自LiLi的派對邀請通知 ( 沒收到請檢查您的垃圾郵件），請依照電子郵件內容報到入場，入場時出示「QR code」及「可證明身份之證件」核對身份。 

* 提醒您：一個 QR code 僅提供一人或一套票組入場一次，為維護自身權益，請勿將報到QR code外流，或是讓不同賓客拿到相同QR code，若因上述情況而導致無法入場，主辦方恕不負責。
 

* 同筆訂單中如有多張票券，購買人可以轉寄email或是截圖（請勿翻拍）等方式自行分票給其他隨行賓客，以供入場時出示。
* 請注意：每張票券將對應一個QR code，若同筆訂單訂購不同場次之票券，分票時請特別留意QR code所對應的場次日期是否正確。例如：同筆訂單中選購6/22與6/26魔女場各二張，將生成四個不同的QR code，6/22場次的QR code無法在6/26場次使用，反之亦然。

* 訂單有任何問題請聯繫主辦方email，或是FB粉絲專頁。

 

🔺How to purchase tickets?
1. Sign up on the website.
2. Select the date and the showtime.
3. After placing the order on the website, please make the payment within 24 hours, otherwise, the booking will be canceled automatically. 
4. After the payment is completed, you will receive a party invitation email from LiLi within two days ( also check your spam mailbox ). Please check-in at the entrance according to the email instruction, and present your "QR code" and “ID” to verify your identity.

 

* Reminder: One QR code is only valid for one person or one ticket package to enter once. To protect your own rights, please do not give the check-in QR code to others or allow different guests to use the same QR code. The organizer will not be responsible for any inability to enter due to the above situation.

 

* If there are multiple tickets in the same order, the purchaser can divide the tickets to other accompanying guests by forwarding the email or screenshot (do not take a picture from screen) for check-in at the entrance.

* Please note: Each ticket corresponds to a QR code. If you book different shows in the same order, please pay special attention to whether the QR code corresponds to the correct showtime when dividing the tickets. For example, if you buy two tickets for both shows on June 22 and June 26 in the same order, four different QR codes will be generated. The QR code for the show on June 22 cannot be used for the one on June 26 , and vice versa.

🔺退/換票規定

2023Lili首場演出日為6/22，本檔期七個場次於本網站內販售之一般票券與套票，退換票日期皆以6/22為推算基準。

1. 演出日前第10日前（6/11 23：59前）辦理退票者，將收取10%手續費。

2. 演出日前第10日內（6/12 00：00後）辦理退票者，將收取100%手續費。

3. 訂單成立後不接受部分退款、更改票券（含加購票）。如訂單有誤，請整筆退款後重新下訂，並如上述退票之規定進行。

4. 本規定依照文化部「藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載事項」制定退換票處理機制，請詳慮後購買。

5. 早鳥票已為優惠價格，早鳥優惠期間退票者將收取10%手續費，早鳥期限(4/15 23：59）截止後即無法退票。

 

🔺Refund/Reschedule Ticket Policy

Lili's first performance of 2023 will be on 6/22. The dates for ticket refunds and exchanges will be based on 6/22 as the calculation basis for all tickets and ticket packages sold on this website.

1. For those who apply for a refund more than 10 days before June 22 (before 23:59 on June 11), a 10% handling charge will be required.
2. For those who apply for a refund within 10 days before June 22 (after 00:00 on June 12), a 100% handling charge will be required.
3. Partial refunds and ticket rescheduling (including add-on tickets) are not accepted after the order is established. If there is an issue in your order, please apply for a full refund procedure, place a new order, and follow the above refund policy.
4. This policy is based on the "Items to be Recorded in the Standardized Ticket Contract for Arts and Cultural Performances" set by the Ministry of Culture. Please consider carefully before purchasing.
5. Early bird tickets are offered at a discounted price. Refunds for early bird tickets will incur a 10% handling charge before the end date of Early bird (4/15 23:59). Refunds after 4/15 23:59 are not accepted.
